About Our Services

1. What kind of events does Empire serve?

Empire proudly serves galas, weddings, private parties, corporate mixers, product launches, and exclusive events of all sizes. Our bespoke cocktail bar in Singapore is designed to bring unforgettable drink experiences to any venue—indoors or out.

2. Does Empire provide full event planning or catering?

No, Empire is not an event planner or caterer. We specialize solely in bespoke cocktails and mocktails, with full mobile bar service. If additional services are requested, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis through direct discussion with our team.

3. What’s included in Empire’s mobile bar service?

Every Empire booking includes:

  • Full mobile bar setup

  • Bar equipment & styling

  • Premium glassware

  • Fresh garnishes

  • Professional mixologists

  • Light cleanup post-service

Note: Final cleanup is expected to be managed by the event’s venue staff or wait crew. Additional services may be offered depending on staff availability and event scale.

4. Can Empire provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. Empire offers both cocktail and mocktail service in Singapore, tailored to your preferences, event theme, and guest list. Custom garnishes and flavor profiles are included. If needed, we can also arrange a pre-event tasting session.

5. Do you offer custom drinks menus?

Absolutely. Empire is known for custom cocktail design, including personalized drink names, unique garnishes, and beautifully branded presentations. Every menu is tailored to reflect your story, your style, and your event.

Logistics & Setup

6. Where in Singapore can you set up your bar?

Empire sets up mobile cocktail bars in a wide variety of venues across Singapore, including:

  • Condos

  • Rooftops

  • Private homes

  • Offices

  • Event spaces

  • Art galleries

  • And more

For smaller events, we recommend a space of approximately 6m x 3m. For larger events, plan for roughly double that size to accommodate bar flow and glassware management.

7. How much space do you need for setup?

Empire requires dedicated space for:

  • The mobile bar itself

  • Bartender movement

  • Ice storage

  • Clean and unused glassware

  • Backup cocktail storage (if needed)

While our footprint is compact, smooth service requires sufficient clearance for our team and bar materials.

8. How long does setup and breakdown take?

Empire arrives 1.5 to 2 hours before the event to complete setup and styling. Breakdown typically takes 1 hour after service ends. These times may vary based on your event’s complexity.

9. What power or venue requirements should I know about?

Empire provides its own extension cords and wiring. We only require one to two standard power outlets. For daytime events or cold drinks only, no power may be required. For outdoor events, we do request a flat and shaded surface if possible.

Bookings & Customization

10. How far in advance should I book Empire?

The earlier the better—especially for customizations. Our minimum lead time is 10 days. For fully personalized menus, bar designs, or branded cocktail names, we recommend 3–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are considered based on availability.

11. How much does it cost to book Empire?

Empire creates custom quotes based on:

  • Event size

  • Duration of service

  • Number of guests

  • Drink and garnish selections

  • Any add-ons (e.g., posters, balloons, photo booths, themed displays)

You’ll receive a full quote after your initial consultation.

12. Can I request a tasting session before the event?

Yes. We recommend a tasting session for events with heavy customization, new cocktail concepts, or when client preferences are highly specific. Tasting sessions are arranged upon request and subject to scheduling.

13. Can I name or design a custom cocktail for my event?

Definitely! Empire encourages custom cocktail naming, bottle design, and flavor development. We work closely with clients to align every element of the drink with their theme, tone, and event purpose. It’s one of the most memorable parts of working with us.
